Using Jerry Messenger you and your website visitors may communicate with each other via real-time chat messaging.

For an \"operator\" software, you may use any of XMPP/Jabber client program to connect to Jerry Messenger. So you can be online with your site visitors 24x7, even via your mobile phone.

Jerry Messenger supports multiple accounts. Each of the accounts may have several operators. You may create an account for each of department in your organization (sales, technical support, billing, etc), or you may create an account for each of your web sites. The solution depends on your needs.
