Deleting a file using standard Windows delete function
does not physically erase the data.
It just marks the corresponding disk blocks as deleted,
allowing the space to be reused later.
If these disk blocks are read before they are overwritten,
then the data can be recovered.
Sensitive data, such as passwords, financials or health records
are at risk. Don't allow discovery by a snoop, computer technician
or unauthorized persons.
TrueEraser implements the Department of Defense
clearing and sanitizing standard DOD 5220.22-M,
to give you confidence that once deleted with TrueEraser,
