ezDiscipline is a Windows XP/2000 software application that provides a unique user configurable package to record disciplinary incidents and student details. Ideal for schools and universities of all sizes, ezDiscipline helps improve discipline by ensuring that students are held accountable for their actions. The main incident screen is used to record as much detailed information as you wish, including the student and the staff member involved as well as notes about the event and if parents or police were contacted.

The ezDiscipline software is easy to use, multi-user and can be password protected. A standard example set of codes are supplied but they can be edited or deleted to allow the client to use their existing codes and therefore minimize the learning curve. The application comes complete with a "To Do? list and "Calendar" to record your day to day activities.

The software has a simple in-built reporting system with a set of pre-built reports to get any school or university started and these can be added to by the user. The reports allow the users to look for disciplinary trends including historical data or individual student details. There is a standard import screen that allows users to import existing student, staff and timetable records into ezDiscipline to minimize data entry.
