Smart To-Do is a compact personal task manager that will help you with planning activities.

Once you know you've got some task to complete or when just an idea comes to your mind, it's high time you entered it into the program. Define the subject, select a category and priority. Set the due date if needed. If the built-in categories are not enough or if they are inappropriate to you, you can add new categories and edit the existing ones. Each task can be supplied with details and you can also associate a file with a task.

Tasks are stored in a table and can be grouped into several tabs. You can sort tasks in a tab by subject, category, priority and due date or even display a particular category only. Moreover, a yellow sticky note for each task can be generated and placed on your desktop.

If you wish, the program can remind you about a task with a pop-up window or a tray balloon optionally playing a sound file. You can edit the task, turn off the reminder or ask to remind you later.

Other features that can be useful are the search function and export of all tasks to html or csv.
