Documeron is a document manager that memorizes the files you have worked with on your PC and can classify them according to different parameters, such as Name, Folder, Size, Time accessed, Time created, Time modified. All the files can either be arranged all in one list or grouped into document types. In the latter case, the groups of files will be accessible through the small tags that comfortably display the corresponding icons.
Operating your data through Documeron is quite easy - select the needed file(s) in the list and apply any of the file-management options. By a single click, you can open, copy, move, print or delete the selected document(s), explore the folder they are stored in and get full document information. But not only that. Saving or clearing the current list of documents as well as setting a password for the program also come in handy. Moreover, you can set the document list to display files for some particular days or periods up to 3 years' time.
What we appreciated most about the software is its compact pop-up menu, which appears when you navigate the cursor on the Documeron icon in the tray. Almost all of the functions mentioned above are available there by right-clicking a document.
However, the program memorizes documents only after it has been launched. For this reason, it would be safer to set the auto start option.
