After downloading the application you are asked to register for a free account to be able to work with the program. The operation takes a few seconds and is followed by you getting an activation URL through e-mail.

SonicFile functions as an ordinary e-mail service except for that it has an in-built ZIP-converter, which allows you to archive files without leaving the program. The application also allows to make the sent data password-protected.

The greatest disadvantage of the application is that it does not accept memberships with free e-mail services, such as Yahoo, Hotmail, etc., which are used by the majority of users. Thus it is not very nice of the developers not to warn users about this before they download the app. Strangely enough, not a word about this is said at their site either. All things considered, we couldn't have evaluated SonicFile higher than the points given.
