Master Uneraser is a shareware program that enables you to recover all kinds of files erased from the hard drives of your PC provided that they have not been overwritten by other files. Files that have been deleted even from Recycle Bin are subject to restoring. Within a 31-day trial period, however, users can only recover files up to 64 Kb in size.

With a stylish user-friendly interface, the program is very easy to operate. The main menu occupies the upper left-hand corner of the window and consists of just a couple of buttons. To find removed files, choose the disk and by one click start the scanning process, which takes only a dozen of seconds. As the result, lost files and folders are displayed in the active window pane. To recover this or that file you need to determine the destination and click the Unerase button.

On the downside, the program gives similar names to all the lost folders, i.e. "Lost Folder" plus some number, thus making it difficult for users to find the folder or the file that is to restore. Moreover, in our tests, the restored files failed to open, this hopefully being the restriction of the trial version.
