Media Resizer PRO lets you create thumbnails from images or video in batch mode.

You can resize images either preserving their proportions or not. If images have different ratios of sides, you still can get thumbnails with identical resolution using the so-called smart cropping function. However, if a wrong part of a picture is going to be cropped, you can indicate a crop region of any image manually. There are also tools allowing you to rotate and sharpen photos.
